WMV Converter App Reviews

Funktioniert einwandfrei. (MBP 2010 Snow Leopard)

I downloaded this app for my Mac OS X 10.7.5 to play wmv. videos provided to me by my school. Just like any other program I downloaded from the internet, such as Flip Player and VLC, this application allows me to hear the sound of the video but not to see the video. Unfortunately these videos are for a math course, so sound doesnt really help me in any way.

its a waste of money compared to other converters. It ONLY converts .wmv files to other files, not the other way around. BUY SOMETHING BETTER.

This program doesn’t do anything. I cannot open it, and the icon will just jump up and down for awhile and then eventually i have to force close and it doesn’t response.

It is a great tool to convert wav to any popular format, easily get what format for my current digital player. besides, it runs well on mac, pretty smoothly without any bug.

Unfortunately, I wasted $7.99 on an app that doesn’t even open. It just sits there bouncing and bouncing at the doc - double clicking doesn’t open a thing. What a rip off. I’m fling a complaint And, I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

This program worked at one time, but several updates ago to OS X it stopped working. The icon just bounces in the dock endlessly (even on a brand new iMac). This app is a dead end.

I was looking for an app that would convert QuickTime to WMV. This app does not export WMV files, but it does a great job of importing WMV files.

Doesnt work. I purchased this hoping that something purpose built for converting WMV files would certainely work, but the resultant .mp4 doesnt even have a video stream. It is just audio. It works worse than the last one i tried that at least generated some video (even if it was garbage).

i feel like if youre going to list all those file formats as output formats you should EXPLICITELY state that you can only import WMV! this is worthless…why wouldnt one be able to convert back and forth since youre using a CODEC (which stands for ENCODE DECODE) afterall ? i dont think ive even been happy with an app store purchase, bring us DEMOS ALREADY

I have tried my colleague’s video converter to help me convert wmv videos to my iPhone 5 before, but the converted video was in very bad quality! I was so disappointed until I found this cheap wmv converter shared by my friends on Facebook yesterday. This stuff can convert my videos to my iPhone without quality loss. And just 3 simple steps to do the conversion! Suitable for me! Thanks for the developer! Thanks again!

I like it a lot. it is really helpful for me to convert my WMV videos, very simple to choose the output formats, and easy to make 3d movies with the 4 type of mode supplied.

It does wonders on my white Macbook late 2008 with only 4gb of memory. The speed of converting wmv videos are OK, and quality of sound and images seems not bad.

After it converted a wmv file and I opened it, it was a big blur of different colors and distorted video. I would like a refund.

I dont usually purchase many apps, but when I find one that performs as well as it advertised, and does exactly what I need. Im happy to support the developers. I use this to convert wmv files to my iPad mini. Im looking forward converting many more videos.

It supports to convert wmv videos to almost all the video formats, it allows to clip, merge, set video size and quality. In a word, Im very satisfied with this app.

I have tried with many apps, but no one comes close to this app in video compression quality like this one. You only have to load your video files and customize your settings, then well done. No issues!

More that impressive I can’t believe it. This app is a must have, when I want to share my wmv videos on Internet, they are too big or incompatible formats for me to upload so instead I use this app to reduce their size and change the format still maintain the same video quality. It did the job with no stress.

Not only does it do exactly what it is supposed to, clean interface, convert wmv files into most popular formats. Also the 3D feature in the newest version has been perfected. Nice app!

2012 iMac. Won’t open… just bounces away. I have to force quit. Too bad because I really needed some software like this!
